SAAF Parade Swartkop 28 January 2011
Pictures taken by Karl Jensen. We will load more soon. It was a great day with super flying by the SAAF showing a variety of aircraft in close formations.

Swartkops Flying Day
General Earp last flew a Mustang in Korea and then spent some time in a POW camp. He recently took a nostalgic ride in Mustang Sally at Swartkop Air Base and as can be seen he seemed to enjoyed it. Menno Parsons said he was so chuffed to be able to do this for the ex Chief of the South African Air Force. Thanks Menno.

Battle of Britain lunch 2nd September 2011
The pictures speak for themselves. A big thank you to Scully Levin and his team for the Harvard fly-past and the missing man formation. Also another big thank you to Menno Parsons for the special arrival of "Mustang Sally" for a double pass. Very special indeed.

Joint Memorial Service - 15th May 2011

Our Chairman laid a wreath at the Joint Memorial Service recently. The service was well attended and thankfully the sun was kind to us. Just as we were about to leave a picture was taken and seeing our group the Chief of the South African Air Force came and joined us.
